Do your employees have the right leadership competencies and functional skills necessary to help you achieve your current and long-term business goals?  I will help you identify, define, create assessment tools, and strategic plans for the acquisition and/or development of those critical capabilities.  My approach is to create simple, accessible customized career paths and frameworks that can be embedded in all of your talent programs- hiring through succession planning.

Onboarding Programs

I have been designing and implementing customized new employee onboarding programs for over 15 years.  I will help you create a comprehensive program that will span from pre-boarding through the employee's first 90-days.  Your program design will be a full employee journey experience with intentional and valuable touch points, company orientation curriculum, employee assessments and check-ins, and enablement for your HR and hiring management teams.

Using psychometric talent assessments can be invaluable to your overall talent planning and investment strategy.  I am certified in a number of industry talent assessment tools and can help you identify the right person for the right opportunities.  I will administer all  assessments, provide reports and analysis to decision-makers, and coach employees on results and action plans for development.

Succession Planning

Succession planning can feel like a daunting task for any organization but it does not have to be.  I work with businesses to create talent calibration processes that help visualize the overall leadership pipeline making it simple to pinpoint strengths and risk factors.  Through this process, successors are identified in a more fair and equitable way and development of these critical leaders is intentionally and planned for.
